Meanwhile, Nora accidentally steals makeup from the mall, and Jann and Max go to a caregiver support group to learn how to better deal with a parent with dementia. At the support group, Jann gets an unlikely answer to her album problem.

Meanwhile, Nora and Trey help Cale overcome her fear of failure.

But the biggest revelation comes while investigating Jann’s ex-girlfriend — as it’s clear Cynthia is truly moving on without Jann.
