Little Bill is a happy 5-year-old living in a big city with his extended family, which includes his parents, his older brother and sister, and his great-grandmother, known as Alice the Great. Little Bill is upset that he has to stay inside due to his broken arm, so he imagines that he is playing basketball, but gets in trouble when he accidentally draws on April's door.
