Se-poong and the people of Gyesoo Clinic are now in Hanyang, and as expected, everyone feels relieved by their very existence. However, Se-poong is not all that pleased. Not being able to be with Eun-woo, Se-poong feels a void in his heart. As soon as Eun-woo arrives in Hanyang, the symptoms of His Majesty worsen, and the two get right on it. While looking for the cause of the disease, they run into their rivals.

Lady Eun-woo visits a pregnant patient’s house for an emergency house call, but it’s already past the absurd curfew set by Governor Ahn.
