The Wall issues a new order instructing the girls to perform at ITF (Idol Tokyo Festival), known as a stepping-stone to success for idols. This is the first festival appearance for 22/7, but after seeing other idol groups they realize that they lack cohesiveness. Feeling a sense of urgency, Miyako plans an Okonomiyaki party to strengthen the bond of the group, and she says that all members are required to participate.
