Having been saved by Emperor Dong Hua from a vicious monster attack, Princess of Qingqiu, Bai Fengjiu becomes immensely indebted to him. To repay him, Fengjiu follows Donghua around on his adventures to eliminate evil but unwittingly realizes that her feelings of gratitude towards him has turned to romantic. Dong Hua is searching for the disappeared little fox. He sees Fengjiu through the mirror, but cannot recognize that she's the fox that he's looking for. Time passes by, destiny doesn't bring the two back together. Ji Heng and Min Su are caught by Xu Yang. In order to set Ji Heng free, Min Su commits suicide, and confesses to Xu Yang that she's in fact a female. Ji Heng refuses to return home so she jumps off the cliff with Min Su's body in her embrace. Xu Yang recalls the memories of him spending time with Min Su, realizes his true feelings for her.
