Alex is with Freddie's old girlfriend, whom Freddie is having a hard time dealing with. Ove and Anette go on a spa weekend with their new friends - Anna's parents Eva and Rune. Anna has been given a new class at school, where Mickan and Fredde's daughter Ebba goes.

Fredde and Mickan go to a party at the treadmill organizer Zacke, which makes Fredde start thinking about what really drives him in life. Mickan is in a constant quarrel with his daughter Ebba and asks Alex and his new girl Lisa to come and be supernannies.

Anna has quit as a teacher and will now try stand up instead. Fredde and Mickan watch a film in which there is a threesome, which puts Fredde on edge. Ove and Anette have started a preschool that should be anything but fluffy.

Alex and Anna visit Ove and Anette's new country house. Anna's new boyfriend, Nicolaj, also appears there. Fredde will build golf bunkers and a putting green on the plot.

Alex has been charging for a child-free TV weekend when he suddenly becomes involved in Wilma's school trip to the primitive Viking village. Mickan is told that ADHD is super-trending and can be investigated by a psychologist. Fredde and Viktor start a mobile war.

Mickan is going through a 40-year crisis and wants to turn Saltsjöbaden's tennis club into a beach club, named after herself. Ove and Anette pull in a little extra money as foster parents for a teenager and Alex is tried hard at home.

Season start. Concerned about the world situation, Fredde has built a safe room in the house. Alex becomes friends with an incredibly positive colleague, perhaps too positive? Anna works as a substitute teacher and meets a student with a pronoun she has never encountered before.

Alex and Anna's son Love has severe climate anxiety. Mickan and Fredde learn the truth about their son Viktor's diploma and future plans. Anna's father, Rune, ends up in hospital.

Mickan decides to get out of the woman trap and get his own career. Anette and Ove are predicted in coffee grounds by Anna's brother Palle, who sees unpleasant things in the coffee cup. Fredde is surprised and irritated by young people's way of swearing.

Anna has gone to Hungary and Alex is left with Palle who does not contribute the least to the housework. Fredde and Mickan suffer from lack of sleep as a result of Viktor's loud sex life and soon Freddy's beloved mancave is at stake.

Fredde and Mickan have become persona non grata in Solsidan, something they are desperately trying to handle. Anna's parents Eva and Rune invite themselves to dinner at Alex's and old secrets come to the surface.
