A bachelor Jassi is held hostage by an agency that forces bachelors into marriage. A rival agency that works on protecting bachelors from getting married calls back their old best agent Leopard who had gone underground after a failed mission. Leopard doesn't believe in marriages, but he meets a rival agent during the rescue plan and falls in love with her. While he manages to help Jassi escape as a bachelor and completes his mission, he decides to marry Zoya and goes underground again, much to the agency's despair.

He plans to dethrone Mirza to rule the hostel himself and ultimately manages to rusticate him and be able to run the university even after passing out.
